At Hugh Beds, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UK Mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight are subject to additional charges. We do not offer standard shipping to locations outside the UK.

2. Shipping Costs

  • UK Mainland: Standard Shipping: free

  • Other UK Locations: Due to increased shipping costs, a surcharge will apply. Please contact our sales department at info@hughbeds.com before placing your order to obtain a shipping quote. The surcharge will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Locations Outside the UK: We do not offer standard shipping to locations outside the UK. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact our sales department at info@hughbeds.com for a custom shipping quote.

3. Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 - 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Time

  • UK Mainland: Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days

  • Other UK Locations: Delivery times may be longer than standard UK Mainland delivery times. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you contact us for a shipping quote.

 5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

6. Free Shipping

While some orders may qualify for free shipping to UK Mainland addresses, a surcharge may still apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight.
